Do you have a new computer and want to use it right away, but are unsure about setting it up and using it? With my combo package you get everything you need:

• A complete setup of your PC (Windows/Linux, programs, email, printer and Internet)
• A personal training session (60-90 minutes) in which I explain to you step by step how to use your PC.

Scope of services:

1. PC setup:

   • Installing Windows or Linux
   • Setting up important programs (e.g. browser, office software, virus protection)
   • Configuration of email accounts , cloud services (e.g. Google Drive) and printers
   • Check and optimize your Wi-Fi or network connection

2. 1 training unit (approx. 60–90 minutes):

   • Basics on the PC: saving files, using programs, first steps
   • Individual topics: Safe surfing, using emails or simple PC tips
   • I will address your questions and needs without using technical jargon.
