The printer does not print

  1. Check connection:

    • Make sure the printer is connected to the computer (USB or Wi-Fi).

  2. Check paper:

    • Remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper is loaded correctly.

  3. Clear print queue:

    • Windows: Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Select printer > Clear queue.
    • Mac: Open Printer Utility and delete jobs
