The computer does not start

  1. Check connection:

    • Make sure the computer is plugged into a power outlet.
    • If you have a laptop, check the battery.
  2. Remove external devices:

    • Disconnect USB sticks, external hard drives and other external devices.
  3. Force restart:

    • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
  4. Perform updates:

    • Keep your operating system and programs up to date.
