The computer freezes

  1. Use Task Manager:

    • Windows: Ctrl + Alt + Del > Task Manager > End hanging program.
    • Mac: Cmd + Option + Esc > Force Quit Program.

  2. Force restart:

    • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

  3. Prevent overheating:

    • Make sure the fans are clear and clean them with compressed air if necessary.
