The screen remains black

  1. Check monitor:

    • Check the power cable and the connection cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA).
    • Test the monitor on another device.

  2. Restart your computer:

    • Press and hold the power button and restart.

  3. Check graphics card:

    • If you have a desktop PC, reseat the graphics card.
